entries are accepted with $25 per Contestant.
Wow! We have had a wonderful response with the pre-entries,
there are over 500 entries in Open, almost 200 entries in Youth
and over 100 entries in Seniors. There are 520 stalls pre-paid
and sorted by districts. (More stalls are going up, so if you
have not entered don’t worry there will be some available.)Many
of the districts will be busy decorating their stalls upon arrival
for an exciting contest. The best decorated district stalls
that are safe, organized and creative will win $100 toward their
district. On Thursday after exhibitions there is a “Raise
the Roof Spirit Contest” between districts along with
a vendors and directors introduction, this evening is sponsored
by MVP Productions. Make sure to tell Mark and Mary thank you
for helping with this event. The district that wins the spirit
contest will receive $100 to their district. It’s going
to be a fun night!
There are some cool items that will be tossed into the stands,
along with the great drawings at each vendors booth. Contestants
remember to sign up Friday and Saturday with each vendor for
$25 gift certificates to spend over the weekend.
Our ground crew Scott Ashton, Don Ulbricht and Billy Bierman
will keep our John Deere tractors and Reveal 4N1’s on
the go making sure the ground is safe and consistent for everyone.
Our office staff is very friendly, make sure you stop by to
check in and say hello. The RV hookups and shavings are available
through The Heart of Texas, stalls and entries will be handled
in the show office.
